Studio centre avec terrasse

Excellent value for money, especially considering it was during the theater festival. Excellent location within the city walls, in a traffic-free area where most of the festival activities take place. Superb communication with the owner, who waited for us on arrival to give us the keys and show us around. The studio is great, right in the center but quiet and peaceful. It doesn't have air conditioning, but the building is old with thick walls and stays cool. The equipment is sufficient: there is a small refrigerator, 2 hotplates, a kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, and crockery. The space is spacious and there is a small terrace in an interior courtyard. CAVE: Our studio was on the first floor, there is no elevator, but this was not a problem for us (plus the owner carried our luggage himself). I mention this only for informational purposes, as it may be relevant for people with mobility issues.

It was very well located and well furnished! Also the owner was really flexible and nice. Thank you for the amazing stay.

The host is quite friendly. The size of the room is big enough for 1-3 people. If you come with your family or friends, you can cook some dishes as the kitchen facilities, utensil, kitchenware are provided properly, Also, microwave is available for warming your food as well.

The way along the alley is a bit scary if you come alone, especially at night. And the arrival date, I had to wait for collecting the key because I arrived earlier than the time the host made an appointment. Luckily, a French guy helped me called directly to the host and the host came to me immediately within 15 minutes. Moreover, the hallway to the room is a bit dark and narrow which made me feel uncomfortable.
