PAX hotel

I really loved the location — within just 5–10 minutes you can walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. Staying right in the historic centre of Rome was an incredible experience! The staff were very friendly and kind and helped us throughout our stay. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property for several hours after check-out, which meant we could comfortably enjoy our last half-day walking around the city without carrying our bags. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

There wasn't really anything we disliked about the apartment itself — I would rate our stay 10/10. The only thing worth keeping in mind is transportation when travelling with luggage. We took a taxi from the airport to the property, which was very comfortable. When leaving, however, we needed to get to Termini station, and Google Maps didn't show us any convenient public transport options nearby. The suggested route involved around a 30-minute walk with our luggage, so we ended up taking a taxi which is pricy thing here. I would recommend double-checking the public transport options yourself, as we may have missed something. Rome can also be quite expensive, and I would say this apartment is priced above average. However, if you're comfortable with the price, the fantastic central location and overall experience make it absolutely worth it.

Room was bigger than expected, bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable, clean, and central location

Was not clear how to get to the hotel, no flexibility with checking out

Location was in the heart of everything.

Rooms were nice. Staff were accommodating.

Access to rooms, hallways were dirty & 1st room had utility issues. Tiny elevator or lots of stairs.
