Very responsive host. AC was excellent, especially since our stay was during a heatwave. Location was perfect, minutes away from the Pantheon, and dining and nightlife was literally right outside the door. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and the daily clean towels was nice. If I travel to Rome again, I'll absolutely try and stay again.
Bathroom was on the small side, not a lot of room to set toiletries. The shower took a minute to figure out, plenty of hot water, but the knobs and hot/cold settings were a little finicky.

Location was fabulous. While the room was large it was a little dark, if you like a view then its not for you. If the rooftop was decorated/invested in, it could make for a lovely resting spot in the shade or sun.
Never met any staff members, all done over whats app making it a little impersonal. But if that doesn't bother you then go for it.
