Staff were lovely. Location was great and very central. Room was clean and was cleaned each day.
The only slight downside was that over 4 days the towels weren’t changed

The location is perfect. Hidden down a cobbled street of Roma next to the Italian Chambers of Deputies, right in the heart of all the main landmarks. Staff were very welcoming, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if I return to Rome.

Great location, very clean and good facilities for having tea or coffee.Everything you need for a short stay.
Struggled with the shower as didn’t work properly. Also decor very dark in the room and bathroom so lighting was an issue.

I had read the reviews in advance and certainly wasn’t expecting the hotel to live up to its name of ‘luxury suites’, which was good because it didn’t. The rooms were adequate and clean. The biggest highlight was the very comfortable pillow and the fantastic location. The small tea/coffee area was a nice touch and the staff (during our very brief encounter as mostly the reception was unstaffed) were pleasant.
Most aspects were fairly average - the dual shower heads only partially worked, the shower drain was clogged, the ventilation was poor and the bed made a horrible high pitched squeak at even the slightest movement.
