Appartamento accogliente e centralissimo, molto comodo per ogni spostamento e vicino a tutti i servizi. Zona tranquilla e parcheggio vicinissimo. Consigliato.
Forse dovrebbero essere installati alcuni appendiabiti nella camera matrimoniale.

Dwa balkony, suszarka balkonowa do suszenia prania, zmywarka do naczyń, bliskość deptaka i centrum rozrywki oraz bliskość sklepów i restauracji…
Widok z balkonu na przekaźnik antenowy sieci komórkowej (przekaźnik w bliskiej odległości od obiektu), brak schowka na rowery (tylko mały schowek na narty z jednym gniazdkiem elektrycznym), brak klimatyzacji, brak pralki, zepsuty zamek w drzwiach do łazienki, słabo wygłuszone drzwi wejściowe z klatki schodowej (praktycznie wszystko było słychać z zewnątrz i na zewnątrz);
