Terrible value for money. Very good position.

The best thing was the location, close to the ski slopes and the town centre and also to the Aquagranda wellness centre.

The price was truly excessive for what the property offered (over €300 per night for just the room); inadequate heating, especially in a room where it was cold; we requested extra blankets but were not given any; the refrigerator didn't work properly and wasn't fixed (the owners almost denied it); the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work. In short, with such a high price, the quality of service should have been much, much better.

It is a place that I will consider to come back again as long as it remains cheaper than mid town

The bed was surprisingly comfortable despite being a foldable sofa/bed The place was very clean and well wormed up The panorama mountain view out of the living room and balcony was breath holding It is a 10-15 minute walk from town center so it very quiet area and you can sleep well

The ski room was not comfortable to reach. There too many and too narrow steps to go down to the room but at least there a ski room It is a 10-15 minute walk from town center so this can be issue for some people

Zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit. 100 Meter Luftlinie zum Lift. auqagranda in ca. 10Min. Fussmarsch erreichbar. Küche fast neuwertig. Sanltäreinrichtug passt.

Ca 1/3 der Möbel weisen deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Manche Schränke einfach zugeschraubt. Wenig Geschirr.

Livigno odkryte, pierwszy i nie ostatni pobyt.

Przestronny apartament, w pełni wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja dla narciarzy ! Do najbliższej gondoli 300m spacerkiem. Apartament na tyle spełniał oczekiwania ,że jeśli jeszcze kiedykolwiek pojedziemy do Livigno to właśnie tam ! :)

Abbiamo soggiornato allo Chalet Layla nel corso della nostra prima vacanza a Livigno, all’inizio di agosto, occupando un piccolo appartamento composto da soggiorno/cucina, una camera da letto e bagno (Harmony). Il soggiorno cucina è modernamente arredato con ampio piano di appoggio, anche se alcune ante erano state rese inaccessibili con dei listelli di legno che presentavano alcune viti sporgenti e quindi pericolose; l’attrezzatura era – come quasi sempre – numericamente minima (una posata, un piatto per persona, ecc.) ma gli elettrodomestici molto efficienti (a parte la macchina per il caffè). Il bagno è molto grande e con sanitari e rubinetterie moderne ed efficienti (io non trovo comodo il tipo di miscelatore del lavabo, ma si tratta di una mia preferenza personale). La camera da letto, di forma ottagonale è arredata con un misto di mobili su misura classici in legno e un armadio economico ma sufficiente; purtroppo i nostri 3 letti erano tutti costituiti da divani letto, non il massimo della comodità. Per contro, l’ottimo isolamento acustico offerto dagli infissi consente un buon riposo, isolando bene dalla rumorosità della strada sottostante. Parcheggio comodo in spazio privato a bordo strada. Lo chalet si trova in buona posizione, a circa 500m dall’inizio dell’isola pedonale e abbastanza comodo anche alla fermata degli autobus circolari gratuiti. Si raggiungono facilmente a piedi anche i punti di riferimento nella parte alta del paese, come la latteria o il lago.

Decisamente da migliorare invece l’accoglienza. Prima di tutto per la raggiungibilità: ogni volta che abbiamo contattato il numero cellulare indicato dallo chalet ha sempre risposto la segreteria. Questo è accaduto sia all’arrivo (per preannunciare con almeno 30 minuti di anticipo il nostro arrivo, come richiede la struttura) sia alla partenza per il controllo preliminare alla riconsegna delle chiavi. Non abbiamo quindi nemmeno provato a chiedere supporto per attivare il riscaldamento (nel bagno avremmo avuto piacere di stemperare un po’ la temperatura), dato che le istruzioni ricevute erano insufficienti e anche attivando il termostato – che dava segnale di accensione - il termosifone non si scaldava. E’ stato sgradevole rimanere in attesa di un contatto, ma cosa sarebbe accaduto se avessimo avuto un problema vero ? Scarseggia anche la serietà: ci è stato raccomandato di tenere le finestre chiuse per evitare che l’appartamento e le scale si impolverassero per via dei lavori in un vicino hotel in costruzione, quando poi la mattina seguente alle 7 circa abbiamo scoperto – per via dei trapani - che la polvere proveniva dai lavori di ristrutturazione in corso nell’appartamento al piano superiore (che comunque non hanno dato un disturbo fastidioso, a parte l’orario di inizio). Anche sulla pulizia c’è spazio per migliorare. Abbiamo appoggiato le valigie sopra l’armadio in camera da letto e, quando le abbiamo riprese, si sono portate dietro uno strato di polvere con cui avremmo potuto imbottire il piumino del letto.

Residence Nevagall una buona alternativa

Non abbiamo soggiornato allo chalet Layla in quanto in fase di ristrutturazione. siamo stati invece dirottati verso il Residence Nevegall dei medesimi proprietari. l'appartamento era nuovo e disposto su due livelli con camera da letto al piano superiore
