Parking space available on the property and 1 in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed with a surcharge. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Interior and step-free access. Doors are wide and easy to access. The holiday flat Fopel - Baita Cusini is located in Livigno, in the picturesque and quiet surroundings of the Teola area. The 85 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. Bedroom 1 has 3 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons. The property gives access to a shared outdoor area that includes a garden and an outdoor terrace. Pedestrian and cycle path to the centre of Livigno can be reached in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 150 metres away. 4 E-bikes are provided for an additional cost per item/day. 6 bikes are provided. (Bikes only in summer) The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. A ski room with boot warmers is available. Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage. Strict recycling rules: please check with the house owner on arrival. There is a laundry room with a shared dryer and washing machine. Ironing board and iron available on request. A cot and high chair are both available on request (and subject to availability).
The owner organises dinners in the Private Tavern for guests on Monday and Thursday evenings (December to April, July and August only). In addition, there is a SPA area with a stone steam bath, Finnish sauna, multi-sensory shower, jacuzzi and relaxation zone. (Only open from December to April, July and August). Beach/pool towels are provided.
