Really enjoyed it, excellent gift shop below and loads of lovely bars and restraints close by and close to lift station

The property was perfect location and facilities and restaurants very close by. Bike storage was also a bonus for us.

The shower was not always warm and ideally a better shower for both our apartments would be good. This was the only comment I received on our trip. The owners were very quick to respond when we pointed this out and the water did become warmer at times. But an upgraded bathroom area would make a big improvement to apartments we had. But it wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

I was in Livigno more than 25 times in last 15 years. this accommodation was the worst.

Ski Bus stop in front of the house

Horrible small bath room. Mini shower box, toilet partially under sink wi-fi did not works, weird connection via TV hotspot, unstable, I had touch remote TV control every 5 minutes to prevent TV hotspot sleep mode. Impossible change setup. horrible communication with responsible person. nobady picked up my call.

Good location, 20 meters to bus stop. Apartment/rooms were small but nice and clean. Nice ski storage room with lockers and ski boot driers.

There were just few shelves, no wardrobes to store your clothes, just few shelves. Loud guests in next apartment (bad luck)
