Casa accogliente molto curata con giardino dedicato Proprietario gentilissimo e super efficiente
Se devo proprio fare un piccolo appunto non essendoci un impianto di condizionamento avrei lasciato un ventilatore in caso di bisogno

Casa comoda in posizione strategica e con spazi all'aperto
Qualche dettaglio andrebbe migliorato ed aggiornato considerando che la costruzione non è nuovissima. Quando c'è caldo si soffre un po' non essendoci né climatizzatori né ventilatori.

Appartamento accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort, l'host gentile e disponibile. Cucina ben dotata, servizio cortesia in bagno e cucina apprezzabili, ambiente fresco ed asciutto, comoda la posizione silenziosa, due preziosi spazi esterni vivibili.
Il bagno un po' da sistemare, pulito ma necessita di qualche manutenzione
