We extended our stay! We had the vacation of a lifetime! The apartment is amazing in every way!!!! See my prior review! We absolutely loved Gladys.
Some helpful hints- eat at the Snooty Fox. The owner, Justino, is lovely and the food is so delicious and very affordable. No coperto! There is also a sandwich stand / cart in the middle of the square. The sandwiches are incredible. I forgot the name, but you can’t miss it. Open 9:00- 3:00 pm
Fiesole is my favorite place in Italy. This apartment will make you want to move here. Safe travels to all and thank you again Duccio for a wonderful stay!

Wow!!!!!The apartment stay exceeded all of our expectations! The apartment was large, modern, absolutely beautiful, comfortable, safe and in a perfect location. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. It felt like a home away from home. There’s also an elevator if you have trouble with the stairs.
It’s so close to the grocery store Coop, close to bakeries and restaurants and a short walk to the #7 bus which brings you into Florence proper. Fiesole is a great location to use as a base- we travelled to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Milan and Bologna. Bus 7 into Florence and 20 minute walk to the train station.
One added bonus is a washing machine and rack to dry your clothes. This was a fantastic bonus! The view from the kitchen veranda is incredible and Duccio was a wonderful and responsive host. Honestly, I can’t believe we found such an amazing and wonderful place to stay. Fiesole is a gem and this apartment was the icing on top of the cake! I can’t wait to come back!!!! We LOVED staying in this apartment!
While in Fiesole, do the Fiesole bike tour! It was awesome! Fiesole is gorgeous! It’s quiet and peaceful and gave us the relaxing vacation that we truly needed.

The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked . Everything we could possibly need was available.
We are unused to such narrow roadways. At times, driving to the apartment was stressful.
