Está bien situado, en el centro de Funchal, cerca del mercado, y de varios restaurantes. Ideal que tenga parquing, más que necesario. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Buena comunicación con el propietario en todo momento. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

Que de los 6 dias que estuvimos, entraron 4 cucarachas enormes. Seguramente entraron por debajo de la puerta principal, y que una entró y casi nos cae encima al abrir la puerta. Imagino que es problema de la comunidad, pero ya nos impidió estar tranquilos para dormir ya que les tenemos mucho asco.

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel, doté d'un parking protégé. La terrasse est agréable. Informations et conseils très clairs.

Le mobilier est un peu défraîchi.

Like many reviews we noticed the traffic noise when windows were open. But this is probably an issue anywhere in Funchal city. It is a walk up a hill, but this was fine for us. Some reviews noted the patio door not locking, we noticed this was still an outstanding issue.

Good location and kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean when we arrived. Was homely and toiletries were provided. Extras like umbrellas and beach hats were in the apartment which was a nice touch, along with plenty of books if you wanted to read.

Security is an issue. Balcony doesn't lock and we were told it had been broken for 3 years! Were told someone would call to repair it, no one showed up. Whilst we didn't have an issue I felt very uncomfortable which I told the host immediately but no repair was carried out. It felt like they just placated us rather than genuinely addressing the problem. There were no fresh clean towels, change of bedding or cleaning the whole time we were there, which was disappointing 😕 as we were there for 6 days so fresh towels would have been appreciated. No broom either if you want to just sweep up. There was a washing machine but it wasn't warm enough for bedding/towels to dry if washed! The bathroom does need a bit of a refresh as there is some moulding on grouting and the window in the bathroom needs a good clean. The fridge also might need replacing as its showing signs of ageing and was wet on top all the time so you can't really put anything on it or it will be wet. There is no headboard in the bedroom either which was a bit strange, but we could manage with that.
