Lovely comfortable cottage with stunning scenery.

Very peaceful location stunning views of the countryside and the sea.

Very minor point no windows to open in bedroom but it’s very open and airy it’s just if you like window open to sleep ( didn’t affect our stay at all ).

Gorgeous

The views from the property were outstanding g. We were left chocolates and milk by the host who was so accommodating. The wifi didn't work unfortunately, which was one of our key requirements but the host gave us an extra booster to try and sort out the problem. Sadly it didn't work but what can you realistically expect with foot thick stone cottages? This did not detract from the break or the very pleasant and relaxing experience. Will be booking again, for sure.

Location was excellent, will be returning. not far to travel to visit other locations. Great views from living room windows. Added bonus two Barn Owls in the village, out every night.

The perfect stay for North Yorkshire

A beautiful converted barn with spectacular views over the Yorkshire hills and the coast. The accommodation is very spacious and well furnished and equipped with everything one needs. Location is perfect for discovering the Yorkshire coast. Host very nice and gives you enough privacy but still always available if you have any questions. It’s for sure a very happy place, I don’t think I stayed anywhere nicer in the UK before. Warm and cozy and welcoming.

Not a criticism, only a suggestion: some hooks in the hall for jackets and in the bathroom for towels.

Lovely modern cottage in a convenient location.

Good location with views of the sea and just a couple of minutes' drive from the coast. Cottage had underground floor heating and it was comfortable warm all of the time.

Sound proofing in bedrooms, because you can hear TV downstairs. If everyone goes to bed at the same time this wouldn't be a problem. Everything else was great.

The owners communication was excellent, the accommodation was beautiful, well designed and decorated, clean and complimentary treats were a really nice thought, beautiful location and views and a superb meal at the nearby Black Bull run by the owners, highly recommended holiday location. Also local knowledge from owners led to some fantastic drives out

Great location for exploring

Modern very clean barn with smart kitchen and fabulous views. Good location for visiting staithes and Whitby and north York’s moors. Walks from barn are steep but we walked to staithes and runswick bay. Good owners on site.

A lovely farm overlooking the glorious, rolling hills of the North Yorkshire Moors and the North Sea, just 2 miles away from Staithes - a hidden gem of the North East Coast. Run by a wonderful host, it's a perfect place to escape to from the city.
