It would be great to have towels included (towels for rent are great quality). Additionally, wish a juice or coffee was included in price, with full paid breakfast remaining an option.

Was pleasantly surprised by the spacious single restrooms on the first floor.
It would've been nice to have more than one key for our room.

Baggage option. Nice front door. Some help in locating options.
Hours to access info not clearly stated [would have liked to know how to walk to binairaix and length but nobody there to ask]. Check in was hard since host not there too [mid afternoon]. Didn't know if communication would be thru booking or whatsapp. Terrible sleep since neighboring sleeper was loud snorer. Didn't know I had to go down a flight for bathroom access. Couldn't find tea in kitchen. Didn't seem organized for visitor. Water in fridge would have been appreciated though there was some in a pitcher outside. All in all, opportunities that could have been to win a customer was lost here.
