Hostel Sóller

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, I was able to check in earlier than planned and store my stuff - which was extremely helpful. The kitchen and social space downstairs was comfortable and welcoming. There were under the bed lockers, which had its own key already. So you didn't need to bring a lock. It's in a good location near the centre of the town and the tram. The bus isn't too far away too.

Some of the beds were quite close together which can be a bit uncomfortable sleeping so close to a stranger. But also just not enough personal space when moving around the bed if that makes sense. The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned super regularly so were a bit dirty and messy at times. But that's mostly due to other guests not cleaning up after themselves well enough. The under bed locker draws were noisy, particularly just putting the key in to unlock it. All in all, it was a great hostel!

Beautiful hostel with all the needed facilities.

It is pretty expensive at 55€ for a dorm bed but there is nothing really cheaper at Soller (apart from the refugi which is booked months in advance).

Very pretty, large room, plenty of bathrooms. All amenities spacious. Good extra to make it feel welcoming and homely

It's an old building so fairly noisy

Baggage option. Nice front door. Some help in locating options.

Hours to access info not clearly stated [would have liked to know how to walk to binairaix and length but nobody there to ask]. Check in was hard since host not there too [mid afternoon]. Didn't know if communication would be thru booking or whatsapp. Terrible sleep since neighboring sleeper was loud snorer. Didn't know I had to go down a flight for bathroom access. Couldn't find tea in kitchen. Didn't seem organized for visitor. Water in fridge would have been appreciated though there was some in a pitcher outside. All in all, opportunities that could have been to win a customer was lost here.
