Isobel, Xisco and Joel are warm, kind welcoming and respectful hosts. The building itself feels authentically Mallorcan: high ceilinged, beamed rooms, interesting paintings adorn the walls (one can imagine that one is living in the rooms exactly as they were when it was a family home - and maybe we were! I, for one, felt like I was living in a movie). The garden is a sweet haven of green, plants carefully arranged around lovely features which include a well, a folly, beautiful trees under which there are comfy recliners in which to read; your only intruders are the odd cicada and a family of bee-eater birds. As other have share, the breakfast on the terrace is a real invitation to let go of your work worries and humdrum life and bask in “being in the Mediterranean”, with fresh fruit, figs and apricots, and a ever rotation selection of meats, cheeses and breads - all complemented with the freshest squeezed oranges harvested from Xisco’s neighbour the day before. You could not ask for a better way to start the day (although we did initially miss being able to have our normal coffee in bed - as teas and coffees are provided in the lounge not the bedrooms). Ask keen explorers and walkers we were given fantastic advice for how to fill our days (including superb hikes through olive groves, mountain passes and down to the Port of a swim) - and even hired a moped to go an explore some villages up the coast. We felt more rested and together than our busy lives have permitted for many years - utterly grateful to this beautiful family, and their beautiful hotel. We finished off our Mallorca Odyssey with trips to a Picasso and Miro Exhibition in Soller’s train station and the obligatory trip to the Cathedral in Palma (but the Mountains, the Olive tress and S’Ardeviu remained the true hero’s of this story!)

Absolutely loved the room, garden, breakfast and staff! Also it’s a fantastic location, tucked down a side street in the centre of Soller.

We had such a wonderful stay! The family who runs the property was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight every morning - delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sóller, making it easy to walk everywhere. The property itself is beautiful, charming, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The only small challenge was that the property isn’t directly accessible by car, so we had to walk our luggage into town. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Very good location. Clean and cozy as small property.

Very large individual solid stairs. This property has no lift so this should be in description to say they don’t have much in the way of accessibility. No ramps, Our room was nice but my husband could just reach the hangers in the wardrobe and he’s 6foot.
