Absolutely everything.I had originally booked for a few nights previous as my husband was having surgery in the Mater hospital, but had to change night. This was absolutely no problem to them even though was now a weekend night. Warm cheerful checkin at 9pm, offering tea ect. Went way over and beyond with kindness .Can't recommend highly enough

The room was very spacious with a nice view as well.
The website did not note that there was a dog on the property.. It barked continuously one morning. Also, the showerhead in the bathroom was defective, therefore only a small amount of water came out.The wall-to-wall carpet must’ve been relatively new as the door to the bathroom dragged and stuck on it. The door should be planed.
Parking is on a flat area down a steep section so suitcases are dragged up/down that area. The B&B is located on a busy road.
