    The hotel is close to railway and bus stations and an easy walk to the centre. Hotel clean and comfortable with helpful staff The only negative is the location of a homeless charity in the next road which at times generates noise

    Triple Room was lovely. Fantastic was provided in the room and it had a bath. Reception and breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast too.

    Facilities were not well maintained and functioning, bathroom tap was broken, unless you turn it on 100% it would not stay on, which then making water splash all around bathroom if u tried to use it like that. It was impossible to adjust heat in the room and we had to turn the heater completely off because it was getting like sauna inside. Also room was not totally clean and was bit difficult to breath because of all the dust. Amazing and friendly staff though, really appreciate their friendlyness.
