This condo is right on the beach. Great, beautiful building. Nice security. Balcony overlooks beach. Can look down over the pool while standing at the railing. Can see the sunrise from the balcony. The beach is wonderful. Pools are clean and very nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were being worked on while we were there. The owner let us know this ahead of time. We only used the master bedroom. Bed was good. Pillows ok. Towels should have been better. The main part of the condo was clean. The edges needed a good scrub and a little paint. Washing machine worked well. Overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach, but there are some things that can use attention at this condo. First the positives: the size is very nice and the fact that it has three bedrooms/bathrooms is great. Being on the 10th floor gave us an awesome view. The negatives: the shower curtain liners desperately needed to be changed. The owner left some tide pods and dishwasher pods which was nice but there was no dish detergent and only one trash bag for a whole week’s stay. The sliding door didn’t lock, which we really didn’t feel safe with a small child. Some of the furniture just looked dirty to the point we didn’t want to sit on it. It was in need of a deep clean (ie baseboards and floors under entertainment center and couches). While we did enjoy our time at the beach, we would not choose to come back to this unit.
