About this apartment rental
This property is available for rent for one booking for two months- Jan. and Feb. Shorter stays are not permitted for the two month period at the monthly discounted price. Listen to the ocean waves coming ashore as you fall asleep. Have your coffee out on the balcony overlooking the pristine beach in front of this North Myrtle Beach condo. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your living room window. Sun yourself or play on the beach directly in front of the condo. Watch pelicans soar right past your window flying in a precision line like soldiers. Spot dolphins swimming by. Walk to main street for dining, dancing or shopping. Ride bicycles on the beach or around the quaint little town of North Myrtle Beach. Go golfing on any of the 300 golf courses in the area. Go on a gambling ocean boat cruise. Fish on the inter coastal waterway or the Atlantic Ocean. Go shopping at one of the many outlet malls in the area. Get free dance lessons and learn to shag dance ( the official dance of the south) at one of the local night clubs. Go see a live show or hear a live band at one of the many night life attractions. Visit the local winery and enjoy the live entertainment outside as you enjoy a bottle of their fine wine.
The condo has a well equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, electric skillet, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table that sleeps 6 with additional seating for two at the bar. There is a master bedroom with ocean views, a king sized bed and a private bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a door into the hall bathroom. A third bedroom has a set of bunkbeds. The couch in the living room makes out into a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50' TV and VCR and DVD player. There is a radio/CD player in the kitchen. The deck has a pub table and 3 pub chairs as well as an outdoor table with 4 chairs.
The condo is on the 7th floor that gives you a great view of the beach and the ocean. There is an elevator and a parking garage in the building. We call our condo 'Sea Shells' and you will definitely know you are at the beach from the decor. The large pool and hot tup are under roof. The pool area is enclosed with plastic in the winter months to make it an indoor pool. In the summer they take the plastic down and the sides are open letting the ocean breeze flow through. There is also a Sauna and a work out room with a treadmill and exercise bikes. This is a non-smoking condo, but we do allow smoking on the balcony outside.

We arrived last Saturday and we had a great vacation after addressing several concerns. One of the first things we noticed in the Master bedroom was Mold on the ceiling and coming out of the air vents. It was absolutely active spores and I am currently in treatment for mold toxicity and Lymes Disease. I expressed my concerns and Mary stated it was Mildew and she did come the next morning and clean with a mold and mildew cleaner, but I feel like this should’ve been noticed and taken care of before having guests. It wasn’t just a little it was a lot and it was also in the living room on ceiling from where the vent blows. The guest bath when first entering had mold all over shower curtain from top to bottom, however; she did bring a new curtain to replace. The from bathroom tub would not drain water and she had to also bring Drano. The Unit was not cleaned ready for guests. There were several things that were left dirty such as refrigerator, toaster, tons of dirt and debris under kitchen table, and the headboards had tons of dirt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.I expressed concerns about the cleanliness she said the cleaner does not have time to clean other than a wipe down and I found that to be very unsanitary. I had to clean the first couple days of my vacation to ensure it was sanitary. I own a business and I know my clients rely on reviews. Our experience was not the same as past reviews. I had to stay out of condo as much as possible due to the mold.

Beautiful and super clean condo with the best views of the beach! The property has everything you need for an easy and relaxing vacation. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely book again!

The location of the condo is great. Walking distance to Main Street for restaurants, ice cream, and tourist shops. The views were wonderful. These were 2 big pluses for us. However, the cleanliness of the condo was not good. We let Maryann know and she is a apologetic. I was nervous traveling during COVID and had hopes that the cleaning would be even better during this time. This was unsettling. The TV in the living room was also problematic - it stopped connecting to the internet every time it was turned on. The condo definitely needs some better cleaners and some upgrading, but the location and views were nice.
