This is an absolutely exceptional place.
I would come back here straight away, absolutely blown away.
It sits right on the bay/inlet, chairs on the shores to watch the birds and water it to just be, lovely flowers and trees everywhere.
We loved every second there, it felt like coming home.
Owner run and they are THE most fantastic people, super helpful, friendly and nice.
Suuuuper clean and comfortable, enormous rooms and bathrooms, very big and comfortable beds.
Very very good breakfast,their scones are to die for. Soooo yummy. 🤩
Great recommendations for dinner around as well from Clodagh, much appreciated.
There's ample parking.
Be mindful if you're not able to walk properly, the property sits on a slope, there are steps/stairs and sloping walkways.

The location was awesome, overlooking beautiful Barrow Bay (with amazing tidal changes). Centrally located, easy drive to everywhere in County Kerry. Very comfortable room and outside tables to enjoy the bay. The breakfast was truly phenomenal - hot cooked to order and an assortment of breads, scones (Clodaugh’s specialty), and fresh fruits. Speaking of her, she is a warm, welcoming host - with great stories and intimate knowledge of the area.
