The property was more spacious than it appeared in the photos, beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything and more.
It’s in a lovely, peaceful location and is perfect for exploring the local area on foot. There’s a great pub just a three-minute stroll away with stunning views, while Lathkill Dale, Bakewell and Youlgreave are all on the doorstep for day walks.
We particularly liked the musical kettle! The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout.
There was also an excellent selection of books, with lots of literature relevant to the local area.

Clean, spacious and cosy
No upstairs bathroom made it a little tricky as son needed to navigate stairs in the night - however that was known in advance so no complaint!

We had a lovely stay at the gorgeous Juniper Cottage! It's clean and well maintained with clear instructions shared in advance. Jane is a great and generous host. Hope to be back for another staycation!

The whole stay was beautiful! Location, cottage and facilities we couldn't ask for better. The host, Jane has thought of everything that a guest could possibly need.
