Apartment Merbonne-2 by Interhome

Emplacement très satisfaisant, prés du Festival Étonnants Voyageurs.

Absence de partie congélateur dans le frigidaire. Lampe de chevet dans une chambre ne fonctionne pas.

Impression d'être "chez soi" quand on rentre du travail ... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour tout confort et en centre ville, tres pratique pour faire des courses ou se restaurer facilement Appartement confortable et bien équipé.

Un seul jeu de clés et badge d'ouverture de la porte du bâtiment alors que nous étions 2 ( avec possibilité de 4 couchages)... et pas les mêmes horaires ! ce n'est pas suffisant ... du coup, obligé de veiller pour attendre l'autre, ou de rentrer plus tôt pour s'adapter aux horaires de l'autre. Pas de taies d'oreiller pour une chambre... nous avons du ouvrir un sac de draps (inutilisés pour le 2e lit de l'autre chambre) pour en récupérer une... mais c'est une erreur de blanchisserie qui peut arriver parfois. Un peu bruyant le matin , dû aux livraisons qui se font tôt puisque la vielle ville n'est pas ouverte aux camions la journée... nous avons pu quand même venir chercher les bagages en voiture.

Dommage le matin d'être réveillé à 6h avec le reapprovisionnement de carrefour.

The location was excellent and the flat fairly spacious.

Many things unfortunately! The key collection was ridiculous if you come/leave after/before the office working hours - you had to pick up and leave keys 1.7km away (so 3.4km both ways) from the apartment with no taxis around. So if you have lots of luggage it's a no go. It was crazy to have to get up at 5am just so I could drop the key in the office to then go back to ferry terminal which is by old town. Why couldn't I leave the keys in the letter box at the apartment is beyond me. Very inconvenient. Also they don't explain that very well in the communications so you only find out after booking. The apartment belongs to a company not an individual and they didn't respond to any emails, had to call them to confirm everything. You also had to pay for towels! Not extra, but in general. And the apartment isn't actually called Merbonne, we had to go up and down the floors to finally find it after rereading the info they gave us (this is at midnight after having walked for an hour to just collect the keys..). So while the price is good, the amount of hassle that comes with this apartment is not worth it. Oh and the double room was super noisy on Saturday night - a party somewhere around woke me up at 2am and kept awake. Then when I fell back asleep the warehouse under must have opened because there was so much noise from what it sounded like trolleys being dragged around.. and that's at 5am.. not cool.
