Perfect flat for a stay in Dunblane and for exploring further afield

Bright, airy and very clean accommodation. Great communication with Val, who left some very welcome treats for when we arrived. Dunblane is very pretty, with a fascinating history (which we learnt at the charming museum) and some great walks. It was easy to explore further afield by train and road. We appreciated the on site parking and the railway station is less than 5 mins walk.

Perfect property in a perfect location, would highly recommend it.

Location is perfect, outlook beautiful. Very roomy and one of the best equipped properties we’ve stayed in, Val’s thought about everything.

The shower needs a more powerful pump. It is such a lovely big shower cubicle it’s a waste not to have a strong pump which would make all the difference.

Had a most enjoyable stay, slept very well and felt safe as a solo traveller.

Beech Court is in an excellent position, close to shops and restaurants, buses and trains. It’s a nice quiet and comfortable place to stay. It is clean and well equipped. Dunblane is an interesting place to visit with excellent riverside walks.

Every time bathroom light was switched on during the night the fan continued to hum for a good 10 mins after, which disrupted my sleep.

Very relaxing break, shame it wasn’t longer!

The apartment was ideal for our 3 night stay in Dunblane. Location is ideal, kitchen is well stocked with the accessories you need, good selection of games to play in the lounge and lots of little things that made the stay easy. Plus good good communication from Val the owner who was very helpful.

Short trip to Dunblane

It was warm, clean and plenty space for the family. Kitchen was well stocked and nice to have a family breakfast in. Flat was quiet even on a Friday night and whole family slept well.

Would have been nice to have a little dishwasher but that's just personal preference.

The flat was clean, warm, very comfortable and is in an excellent location within Dunblane. Dunblane itself is a lovely town with all required amenities and easy access to the motorway.

Perfect stay with amazing host, highly recommended!

10 star experience, highly recommended to anyone especially if travelling without the car as location is great for taking trains to most places in Scotland, easy to get to Edinburgh, airport, etc. Host went extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed, apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped, beds were comfy and there is a good Wifi to satisfy fussy teenagers. Check-in was easy and we were able to arrive late. Check-out even easier and the host kindly allowed us to leave a little later as no one was arriving on the same day. Lots of places within the short walking distance: three supermarkets including M&S food hall, a few lovely cafes and restaurants and a train station. Beautiful walk from the door along the river, and another lovely one towards Bridge of Allan. We are really pleased that we didn't stay in Edinburgh and found this lovely place instead, can't wait to go back!

Only issue was that our holiday was too short as we wish we could have stayed at Val's place for longer!

Exceeding expectations in every way!

We arrived during the storm with no fuel and as we rolled into place, the landlord was there dropping off candles for us as there was a power cut. They returned the next morning and spent ages driving around to fill a can with fuel for us - so kind and really did go above and beyond. Thoroughly lovely people! The accommodation itself was perfect in every single way. We can never thank you enough, THANK YOU!

Beautifully presented flat, quiet but central location, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with all the items anyone could possibly want! Val is an excellent host - communications frequent and really accommodating.
