Parking and Wristband Information:
Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign in the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.
Important Parking Policies:
Scooters are not permitted on site.
Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.
Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.
During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.
Parking Fees: The parking fees are determined by the duration of the guest's stay. The guest will need to input both their check-in and check-out dates into the app, and complete all required fields. Registration will be based on the vehicle's license plate.
Each unit is permitted two vehicles.
Overflow parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability, and must be purchased at the time of check-in.
Parking is valid until 12:00 PM on the check-out date.

Over all the stay was great, it could have been a little cleaner, the microwave didn’t work. This room is on the 12th floor NOT the 9th

We loved the large balcony. There was a table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the balcony. When the beach was a little breezy, we would sit in the sun on the balcony and stay out of the wind.
The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture seemed like it was brand new.
Our only complaint was that the dryer wasn’t working right and ruined a couple of pieces of our clothes. I ended up not doing any more laundry. I notified Vacasa right before we left, so they didn’t have time to repair it. Otherwise, Vacasa responded immediately to our concerns and questions.

In a nut shell, Unit was big and comfortable. A couple of issues while we were there-No hot water from Sat til Monday evening(Heating element was fixed Monday) Over the range Microwave was out-Was provided a loaner however it took most of the day to receive it. Had to rewatch several dishes in order to use them- A couple of staff members were not very willing to help-The others were on top of it. You can’t put down the whole system over a few bad apples but overall we did enjoy our stay once the issues were resolved.
