The condo itself is recently updated, beautifully decorated and immaculate. At over 1200 sq feet of bright, airy living space, you'll have plenty of room for your whole group. The large kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room on the BRAND NEW SOFAS after a long day at the beach. Also, now have TV AND CABLE IN THE MASTER bedroom. With two full size bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to get the sand off at the end of the day. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Very nice condo. Great view. Well equipped. I'm sure this is the norm in all of the units, but the AC is extremely loud in the bedroom that houses it in the closet. It's not noticeable in the rest of the condo and doesn't seem to bother kids, but if you're a light sleeper, pick another bedroom. Elevators are fast, but not enough of them for this size complex. All in all, we had a great time.

Everything was nice. The condo has great amenities and has a fun atmosphere with events throughout the week. The room was clean and had a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was easy. They had umbrellas and some beach chairs available on the deck. Had a nice blender and had a coffee maker. Dollar store and liquor store across the street. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 3 teens and 4 adults). Could use some updating in the kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, can opener, pots and pans had scratches) but other than that everything was excellent. Would stay here again :)

The property was great except there was construction going on the entire time we were there. A few days were “normal” hammering, moving, noisy things but two days were so loud it felt like the roof was going to fall in. We could not even carry on a conversation due to the noise level. I still don’t know what they were doing but it sound like we were inside a jet engine from 7:30am-4:30pm both days. I know this is not the fault of the owner but we had no idea there was going to be construction going in at all. I really wouldn’t have been frustrated if it had just been typical construction noise but the two days where it was unbearable was pretty frustrating. Having said all that, I would stay here again IF I was guaranteed the construction wouldn’t be an issue.
