This beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive. The resort has two beautiful, huge, beachside pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, corn hole, exercise rooms and more. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun.

My condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1350 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. I pride myself on keeping it updated and fresh.

My deluxe three bedroom condo has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with flat screen smart TV with basic cable and DVD player; it will be easy to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach. With a well-equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining.

The balcony, with beautiful views of the beach, is tiled; the upper half is glassed in and the lower half consists of sliding glass doors that can be closed to make a cozy sunroom during cooler weather and a ceiling fan. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom.

The unit can sleep up to 7-9 adult guests comfortably.

In addition, there is a Pack 'n' Play in the Master closet, along with a feeding chair to attach to a dining room chair.

Each bedroom has a smart TV with basic service and two have DVD players. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms; there is plenty of room for your whole family. There is complex-wide WiFi.

The condo is located near smaller condos and houses, so you have more of the beach to yourself, but it’s also located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and parks. There is a seasonal snack shop by the pools with food and drinks (alcoholic and non) and plenty of chairs around the pools. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach (early March to late October).

I will start you off with a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. There is a Dollar General store with groceries and general merchandise and a liquor store right across the street from the complex. Larger grocery stores and Walmart are a short drive away.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Renters age 21-25 are considered, with additional rental charge and deposit as well as damage insurance. If you are under 26, DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING. Instead, get in touch with the owner for consideration of your request.

The resort requires a $40 total amenities and parking fee for each unit upon arrival. This includes wristbands for your entire party and parking for one car. Up to two additional parking passes may be purchased or $15 each. (This is not included in the quote). You are not charged a damage fee up front. VRBO will keep your card on file in the unlikely event any damages may occur.
