About this apartment rental
THREE separate bedrooms all located on the corners of the unit allow for a little privacy, open kitchen area that looks into living room. Ice maker, double door refrigerator with a freezer, and washer/dryer included. Beachfront view from private balcony. Three pools, hot tub, large tanning deck.
Wrist bands included. Located right on the beach. Condo is on the 13th floor. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Westward facing balcony allows for a beautiful view of the sun set.
The layout of the condo has the best of both worlds. This large space gives a family a place to all be together watching TV, paying cards, or just hanging out. Opposite of this area the three separate bedrooms allow for some privacy, and a peaceful night of sleep. Regency Towers is located on the eastern side of Thomas drive this area allows for a quieter stay while still being a short drive to anywhere. Personally we love to walk down the beach for a bite to eat at Schooners.

We enjoyed our stay! The view was great! The condo could be soooo nice if it just had a deep clean. I think maybe it’s time to come check it out or get a new cleaning lady. That was our only issue!

The light over the bar, hallway, and one lamp did not work (the lightbulbs probably needed replacing), the round table for four had 3 chairs one of which we could not use because it wasn’t safe. The fourth chair was on the balcony in a corner with the leg off. The screen door from the living room wasn’t usable (off track and screen messed up). The screen on the bedroom balcony door was also messed up in spots, we didn’t use that either. No can opener in the kitchen and could use new skillets (we bought one). Cleaning could have been better upon arrival. I did not contact the host with these findings but did take pictures. He was very responsive to questions I had prior to check in and felt that he would have addressed these issues if I considered them bothersome. As for the condo itself, it is spacious and had room for all of us plus some. The balcony was on the side of the building and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach without the sun glaring down on you all of the time. Keeping in mind that this is a rental and gets a lot of use, I would definitely still rent this condo again.

Pros: steps from the beach, balcony has view of the ocean, spacious open layout condo didn’t feel cramped with 9 people, plenty of cooking supplies and all cooking appliances worked, two saltwater pools (one heated) with a cool bar in between them - food and drinks are pretty good. Also a big grassy area for kids to run off extra energy and a 1 ft toddler pool Cons: no tvs in the bedrooms except master, bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is a 40 registration fee that must be paid to Regency Towers in order to receive your parking passes, several of the overhead lights don’t work
