- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

This is our second time to stay at Regency Towers. The room we had before this time was bigger, but it was on the side so we didn’t have a direct view of the ocean. So we really enjoyed that part. The washer and dryer were very small so we had to do multiple loads throughout the week. I’m not sure the sheets were exactly clean. There were beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. We were able to use while we were there. there wasn’t many pans to cook on, so we had to buy some stuff and left it for the next renters. The handle to the outside balcony was broken, but we were able to open the door OK. I don’t like that. The hot tub closes before the pool or that the pool closes or the pool deck at all because you can’t hear any noise inside the rooms. I also don’t like you can’t have an I don’t like that. Only issue was it was very dirty had to clean it ourselves sand was all over the floor tables hadn’t been cleaned sliding glass door was broke to balcony .
