Coral Reef Unit #204, second floor unit with wonderful pool and beach view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk is very helpful and the check in process was easy. The condo #204 was more spacious than we anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked with good appliances. The living room had a comfortable couch which the family enjoyed. The cleaning crew is obviously just vacuuming, and not mopping the tiles of the condo. If you were barefoot in the condo, your feet would be black. We were able to find a mop and mop it ourselves to remove this layer of grime. Only other complaint about the condo is that the bed was not very comfortable. We all had neck and back aches throughout the week the second floor balcony was nice although it was noisy being near the pool at times. oh the beach was well-maintained although there is limited space for your personal tent, because of the rule that you cannot set up in front of the rental chairs. The rental chair company seems to have taken over the whole beach leaving limited real estate for more traditional beachgoers, who prefer their own chairs and tents. You will need to get out to the beach around 630 or seven in the morning to secure a good tent location near the water. Also a little frustrated that they allow lazy people to just go out and toss chairs down and take up a huge amount of space that they have claimed overall good experience and we would return to this condo in spite of a few of the shortcomings. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
