Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this unit is beautifully decorated and perfect for your next vacation to the Emerald Coast! In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The guest room has a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 8 guests comfortably! Great spot, quiet, easy beach access. Had two great pools. There was a smell when we first got there but feel that’s from not running AC and cleared out after the first day. We had a great overall experience.

For the price this was just NOT it! I was disappointed in the price for what I got. Our guest bathroom sink was clogged from the first day. I messaged the property as their phone number never leads you to be able to leave a voicemail or a callback number. So, I texted with no response on the sink. The patio was not cleaned off before we got there. There was a dried blue substance on the patio and other debris. The elevator stopped working the last night and apparently this is a common occurrence. Lastly, there was a lovely roach, not a palmetto bug, but a baby roach in the kitchen sink to really send off our last night. The room is very outdated and I just couldn’t believe the price for the room.
