Nice but overpriced

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Nice complimentary touches delivered to the room, eg bottle of owner's wine, fruit platter, dessert plate, etc. Room was well appointed with everything you needed and was decorated in a modern style. Would recommend renting a car to get to/from Naxos old town and the port, explore the mountain villages and drive to better beaches such as Plaka.

The property is on the main road into the town but was a short 5 min walk down to the restaurants, bars and beach clubs. However, for over 600 euros per night in shoulder season it felt overpriced for a Naxos hotel that was not frontline to the beach, or with a full sea view (on the same trip we were paying between 250-400 euro p/n for rooms on Mykonos and Santorini with sea view terraces and private plunge pools). The staff were very friendly but service was patchy.

Very comfortable and relaxing

Amazing hotel in a great location, super friendly staff that made our stay as comfortable as possible, spacious rooms even with the baby cot, large and comfortable beds and a good sized private heated pool. Towels for both the pool and the beach were provided and free coffee capsules and tea bags in the room as well as water. Breakfast had a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. A bottle of wine with a cheese platter compliments of the hotel on arrival and a bottle when checking out were really appreciated! Room service was top and the Tanines restaurant worth a visit at sunset.

We woke up once at 1am because of inconsiderate neighbours in the room next to ours (not the hotel's fault), but meaning the soundproofing is not the best.

We spent seven nights here on our honeymoon and it was the most incredible hotel we've stayed at. Everything was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Any service you could think of was available. The laundry bag was such a bonus, where you could get a big bag of your laundry done for 30 Euros. The food was nothing short of incredible and the sunset bar had amazing views. The pool was never crowded and always relaxing and it's such a short walk to some of the most stunning beaches! We had a separate entrance to our room and a private hot tub where we could control the temperature. The staff knew it was our honeymoon and gave us a complimentary little cake and sweet note upon arrival! Everyone went above and beyond for the best hotel experience. We can't recommend it enough!!

Very nice five star hotel in great location.

Location was great. Five minute walk to Agios Prokopios beach! Staff was excellent and the style and decor of the hotel could not be better.

There was no place to gang towels right by the shower which made it so you had to walk soaking wet to get one upon coming out of the shower.

near buisy street location , absence of nice view , absence of surrounding isolation . small lobbies , small lounge , ressembles more rooms to let than hotel . impossible to find a place to relax outside the room , because common use spaces very small , and the room terrace had view on a parking lot .

Overpriced for the quality and amenities you get. It’s a great area with great beach nearby for kids, but hotels closer to beach seemed just as nice and much cheaper, maybe just missing the breakfast which I don’t think make this worth it

Very nice but a little overpriced.

Agios Prokopios is the best beach and this hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s a little overpriced I would say. Staff is very good, pool is terrific. Breakfast is also very good. I think they sort of guard their towels somewhat which is very annoying. Other than that, very nice hotel, if somewhat overpriced.

18 Grapes was a true affordable luxury experience and one we will remember and recommend to others

Our experience at 18 Grapes was outstanding. The staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The location of the hotel to the beach and local restaurants and shops was perfect. The faciliaties were comfortable and beautiful with many thoughtful touches in the rooms and around the grounds. The hotel is very tasteful, quiet and relaxing. We would 100% return and recommend to our friends.

We had a great stay, with delicious food with an incredible friendly staff

We loved the room decoration, comfortable size and very clean.The decoration of the room is inspired by the by the Mediterranean island, a beautiful combination of white and earthy tones. The bathroom also large with the same tones. We loved the food served in the restaurant, delicious Greek dishes with a twist of modern touch. At the check in, we were welcome with their incredible tasty Sangria made with their own wine. The breakfast has a wide range of choices. The staff is very friendly and warm, always greeting the guests with a genuine smile and interest. At our check out the concierge offered us a Greek bottle of wine, such a beautiful detail.

We had a room with 2 beautiful balconies, but I thought that was missing some plant decoration, also for privacy. We love to train in our vacations, but we found the gym to be a very small room with no windows, in the basement, when the hotel has so much space. Actually the hotel has a lot of space, unused and too much stone. It would have been beautiful to have big pots with plants or even olive trees.

Perfect oasis with amazing staff

18 grapes was a magical little oasis located in a quiet area but also incredibly easy to walk to the hustle and bustle of the beach town. Perfect location and beautiful facilities!! Constantina and the rest of the concierge staff upgraded us because it was our honeymoon and we’re consistently kind and helpful. The wait/bar staff was absolutely delightful!! Sonia served us our delicious breakfast every day and made us laugh constantly with her charming personality. Anna was also hilarious and sweet all while making us delicious cocktail. We loved every minute and were so sad to leave! Until next time 18 grapes!!

perfect and relaxing which was just what we needed

All the staff were amazing ,the owners father took out in his car to his taverna ,he told us he built the hotel for his daughter . we didnt get a time to go to his vine yard , the best breakfast i ever had , we also had a evening meal there too,

A beautiful boutique hotel!

We were a family of 4 travelling with teenagers and so had booked 2 rooms for our stay. 18 Grapes is a lovely hotel with all necessities and facilities to make ones stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean...we had a room with a hot tub, it was lovely to have but the hot tub was tucked around a corner without any view to enjoy - next time I would book a room with a private pool. The rooftop bar was lovely in the evening. It is a few minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants along a fairly busy road. The beaches are beautiful and when one has had enough of them, the pool at 18 Grapes is very welcomed.

Seems so irrelevant, in terms of money value, but when one is paying so much for accommodation, it seems a pity to add an additional charge in the room to make coffee using the Nespresso machine. I would prefer that cost to be included and not seen as an extra. It was a small cost but I found it unfortunate.

Relaxing and Delicious

The breakfast and lunch were delicious! There were a good number of options and everything was great! The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is excellent and friendly. When we checked out we were provided a bottle of home made wine made by the owner's father from their family vineyard. This place has too many great things to list but I would definitely recommend this place!

The only thing I did not like was that I did not stay for more nights. To be honest, I've traveled to over 15 countries throughout Europe and this was my favorite hotel.
