Did not stay due to false advertising

We have been using Booking.com for many years and with very few exceptions have provided high review scores. The extremely low rating here is the based on the facility falsely advertising the room as wheelchair accessible. In fact, we specifically wrote the property about this issue and were told that we had nothing to worry about. When we arrived at the studio we discovered that there was a front step, a very narrow entry door and the room did not allow ANY access to bathroom or ground floor patio. When I address these issues with the proprietor, especially considering she had been specifically contacted regarding accessibility, I was abruptly dismissed! She did mention that we would be refunded but then turned away and essentially implied, “ go away “! Our travelling companions were told that there was nothing wrong with their room and would not be refunded. A similar situation occurred with another property booked through Booking.com; however they were much more caring. We think that Booking.com needs to find a way to ensure that properties do not provide false information especially when mistruths could lead to serious injury. Of course, following these situations we were forced to spend valuable vacation time looking for alternate accommodations.

Great stay!

I stayed in a very cute and well decorated room. The bed was the best I had in Greece. The place is in the heart of Agios Prokopios with a great choice of restaurants and it is extremely close to the beach. The highlight of this place is the hostess Anna who has been very friendly and helpful with me. She tries to make your stay a memorable experience.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

This place is in an excellent location — just steps from the beach, local buses, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and supermarkets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sweet internal courtyard that made it a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Daily housekeeping was thorough, and I loved the delicious Greek treats provided every day. I even had the chance to cook some light meals and snacks using the stove top and sandwich press. Anna and her son were incredibly warm and generous, even picking me up from the port after I missed my first night due to ferry cancellations — their kindness made a big difference. Quiet, relaxing, and welcoming — I highly recommend this place!

The perfect accomodation!

Such a cute space in the absolute perfect location! Walking distance to absolutely everything. Already planning a trip back to this magical island and will be staying at this place again! Would highly recommend. Also big thank you to our host for making us feel so welcome, everyday she baked a fresh dessert and left it in our room for us. The little things go along way and we will remember those special touches!

The property is exactly as it appears on the online booking platform. The location is just 2 minute walk to beach, bus transportation and there are many restaurants, bakeries and bars within walking distance.

The owner/operator Anna is extremely helpful- suggestions for excursions , restaurants , etc. She offers warm Greek hospitality- daily bakes a treat for all guest and always responds to any questions or needs guest have immediately via what’s up.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Agios Prokopios

We had a wonderful stay at Naxos Petite Studios. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Agios Prokopios, just steps from the beautiful beach, great restaurants, a supermarket, and everything you could need. Anna was a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, and always available to answer questions or offer great recommendations. She cleaned our room daily and even surprised us with delicious homemade desserts. The room was extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Just lovely, and we would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay during our vacation in Petite Studios in St. Prokopios in Naxos! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort we could ask for. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our lovely hostess, Mrs. Anna. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Anna made us feel completely at home. She was kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Each morning, she surprised us with a different homemade cake — every single one more delicious than the last! It was such a thoughtful and unique touch that made our mornings even more special. Her hospitality went far beyond expectations. Everything was super and exceptional — from the cozy room to the peaceful atmosphere and Mrs. Anna's personal touches. We can't wait to return and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Naxos.

Lovely accommodation opposite Agios Prokopios beach- the host, Anna- leaves you daily treats and dropped me off at the port when I was departing.

Beachside, boho vibes for a bargain, close to everything and gorgeous!

The location is steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and cafes. The studio is smartly organized and has a zen vibe. Anna will give you enough recommendations to make you feel like a local. The studio is cleaned daily and fresh baked goods are provided. It’s wonderful and it’s a bargain. Many of the sunbed beaches have bars with pools, you can hang out by a dozen different pools in the area and still stay at Naxos Petite Studios. I can’t imagine there’s a better deal on the island.

Fantastic location. Sweet room. Lovely cakes and wine left. Little table and chairs on balcony but not attached directly to the room. Didn’t have time to use much but would be handy for a morning g coffee or late night drink.

The bathroom was lovely curved plaster design but bear in mind it’s a bit of a tight space with the shower and toilet. However it wasn’t anything I’d be too worried about as the whole room and location were really sweet. And very clean.

Amazing service and right next to the beach

Great place, right next to one of the nicest beaches from Naxos and not far from the city center. Beautiful rooms, absolutely impeccable and great service, above and beyond to fulfill all our needs (car rental, laundry, breakfast, treats..) Super comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and small kitchen area for a small bite. I loved this place, very comfortable, quiet and well located for enjoying a great long sandy beach.

Ideal location in the centre of Agios Prokopios and very close to one of the prettiest beaches of the island. Anna, the host, is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. She even arranged our transfer from the port and to the airport. The studio looked exactly like in the photo. Anna also baked cakes for us, those were delicious! She also provided all the necessary travel details. Totally worth it!

The host is lovely and was always happy to help. The room is really nice and cozy. What stood out is that it's cleaned every day, and all the shower gel, lotion, and towels are replaced with new ones daily! It's literally a 1 minute walk to the beach too.

Hostess Anna and her son Nickos were so very welcoming and helpful, collecting me from the ferry and taking me to the hotel. Arrived to a very comfortable room with complimentary cake and wine. Nicely appointed room with nice bed linen, kitchenette and small but clean bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo and moisturiser. Just steps away from supermarket, many cafes, restaurants, beach and bus stop to Naxos. Fresh cake was left in my room each day when cleaned and Anna also kindly let me know when she was going into Naxos and would offer me a lift. Bus to Naxos 3 times a day only 2 euros each way. Would stay there again for sure.

Shower was very small, a bit cramped leading to bathroom floor getting very wet every shower. Very quiet overall but would hear the doors of other guests coming and going as well as plumbing noise when other guests showering or flushing toilets. If bus missed taxi cost was 25 euros to or from Naxos, 15 minutes, very expensive. Local eateries expensive overall excepting a few in options in Naxos. In April when I was there, not being holiday season, most places to eat were still closed so the choices were limited and costly.

Amazing room (do not miss out)

Great location in naxos Agios Prokopios, supermarkets, and restaurants all close by, and the beach is literally outside the door. Anna, the host, was great in organising transfers to and from the port. She was so friendly and helped with anything we enquired about she is an amazing host. The room was great had everything we needed superclean and well maintained. The nspresso coffee provided was lovely, and the cake and pastries Anna made every day was a beautiful and thoughtful treat to look forward to with the coffee each morning on the balcony to start the day. We will definitely be returning. You will not be disappointed booking with naxos Petite Studios highly recommended.

We had the best time staying here, Anna is an amazing host!

The rooms were amazing! So comfortable and had everything we needed. Anna is the best host ever! She was so hospitable and kind, telling us the best places in Naxos and made our stay so special and memorable. The rooms are spotless and impeccably decorated as well. Housekeeping/cleaning is done daily and we received new towels which was a huge plus! Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever received—if you come to Naxos, you’ve got to stay here! Location is like two steps away from the beach, there are minimum three super markets within walking distance. The locals even say that the beach nearby is their favorite, making this stay all the more worth it. One short car ride away from the town. Our stay was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful clear blue sea

Anna the host was amazing. She collected us from the port in Naxos and dropped us back to the port at no cost. She was a very warm, friendly lady who left us home made cake everyday and cleaned our room to a very high standard on a daily bases.The apartment was a minutes walk to the beautiful beach and we had a bakery and restaurants right outside the Apartment. Will definitely be returning to her apartments again.

Amazing

The owner was the most welcoming host I’ve ever experienced. I’ve traveled a lot and have never experienced the hospitality she provided. She cleaned the rooms everyday, was very easy to contact with quick responses, provided transport to the port and even left us dessert in the room. The location is absolutely perfect to the prettiest beach on the island. It’s a 1 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. It’s an easy bus ride to downtown which is 10 minutes away. The room was the perfect size for 2 people. Had a balcony, kitchen sink, some utensils, good size shower and it was very pretty in the room as well. I will be coming back to Naxos and staying here again!

This was my favourite stay in Naxos and Greece- the beach of Agios Prokopios at your doorstep and such a comfortable room and Anna is a great host, I was picked up and dropped off at the port- daily baked treats were also left in the room- great value and I will definitely return

it’s a very cozy place, very clean, amazing location, 5 minutes walk away from the nicest beach, very lively location with few nice tavernas serving delicious authentic Naxian food. Our room had a small terrace with a little nuke - I loved having a morning coffee and read a book there. The host Anna was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. She also treated us every day with a delicious pastries she baked.
