Location and staff were alright

Location was alright. Food was horrible felts like she was giving us cat’s food or even worse food that cats would be even disgusted to eat. Service was alright but still not worth the 700 euros we spent. Defiantly needs to improve their food services and make sure that the villas has the tools that the guests needs so we don’t have to call every time we need something and even the calling (service hours) is not as clear so you get the response of not today but tomorrow.

Wonderful, fabulous, relaxing, comfortable, beautiful.

We had a fabulous stay at Iliada Villas. Patricia was there to meet us and settled us in to our beautiful villa. Downstairs there were two large double bedrooms, a shower room, a utility/laundry room and a large sitting room area. On the ground level there was a large kitchen/dining/sitting area with a balcony and we spent all our family time on this level. Up a few steps to a beautiful double bedroom with balcony (which we never used!) and another shower room. Then up a set of outdoor stairs to the roof top sun deck with hot tub!! Watching the sunsets from the hot tub was a highlight of our holiday. Every morning a lovely breakfast was set out in the reception area and we helped ourselves and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony. The pool was lovely and the sun bathing beds were very comfortable. Patricia was so helpful and available throughout our stay. In terms of location it was a less than 10 minute walk to the stunning Agios Prokopios beach with beds and food and drinks served on the beach. Fabulous. The town itself is a lovely sea side holiday town. We walked up and down every day but I wouldn't like to walk those roads in the dark. So if you were going out for dinner I would book a taxi. 10 minutes away by taxi or public bus is Naxos Hora which is a gorgeous bustling town full of little laneways of shops and restaurants.

We have very few complaints and loved our stay. Our TV didn't work but we didn't really need it. A set of furniture (just two chairs even) on the bedroom off the balcony would have been nice. After breakfast the staff would carry the dishes across the pool area and this bothered us slightly. No one wants to think about dirty dishes and washing up when they're on holidays. And also I was worried they would slip!!

Family stay!

We stayed in the pool front villa with an ocean view and it felt like luxury. The pool was perfect and it was hard to pull ourselves away from the view. The grass was really great for my husband and 4yo to play soccer on- which they provided a few lawn and pool toys- so fun! Breakfast was a large variety and different everyday and so good! Such a treat to not have a relaxing meal before the day. Parking was spacious. The property was very safe. Walking to the beach or town in 10 minutes. Quiet. Truly a dream. Water was hot for showers- and ac worked great!

There were a lot of wasps/yellowjackets but they were trying to remedy the situation. Traps would be good.

A wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 7 days and had a lovely time, it was very chilled and had a great pool for the kids. The apartments had everything you need and were cleaned every day with new towels so our stay was very comfortable! We were pretty close to the most beautiful beach Agios Prokopios so walked there most days too for a swim. The receptionist Patricia was incredibly helpful and kind, she provided so much information about the area, great restaurants, the bus routes and just answered every question we had! It was a great stay, thank you so much!

It wasn’t too bad for us as our kids are a little older but the walk to and from the town lacks a path/ side bit so the cars can come very close. If we were to go to Naxos again we would 100% rent a car to explore the island a little better/ get to a larger supermarket to stock up as the local mini market was limited. But NONE of this is a reflection on Illiadas Villa AT ALL!

Wonderful stay in a super clean villa, we will be back!

We had an amazing stay here. The villa was huge, super clean and very comfortable. Beach towels, nice breakfast and daily cleaning was provided. The pool area has shade, the pool is cleaned every night, and it is really nice to spend time there. It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented cars through the front desk which was really convenient and cheap. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and roomy villas. A few minutes away from the beach. Patrice was wonderful, always with a smile and always helpful with any request we asked. It was great having housekeeping services with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Daily breakfast. Nice pool area. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Fantastic break in great villa in fabulous quiet location just outside the resort - 10 mins to beach

We liked everything -the villa was a fantastic size- plenty of space for our teenage daughters to have away from us. 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, great view of the sea. Next to the pool with great comfy sun beds available

We had an issue with the internet not working on the wifi but Patricia was v proactive in getting people to come and sort it for us - with an alternative set up extremely quickly

Amazing Villa!

The villa was fantastic! Spacious enough for 6 people, close to the beach, amazing views, and a short walk to the town and beach at Agios Prokopios, one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos. We had an incredible breakfast served every morning that was absolutely delicious! Patricia, the property manager, was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and see and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We really liked how much room we had here and it is a short walk to the beach where you can spend a day at the beach club. Patricia is a wonderful host and she coordinated a car rental for us one day and gave us very good tips on exploring the mountain villages. Naxos is such a laid back island and this was the most relaxing part of our Greece trip. She also had some great dinner recommendations for us in Naxos town! I love Naxos!

Everything was perfect. It was far enough out of town to be quiet but still walkable to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with everything we needed. Patricia at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. She was also very easy to get a hold of regarding check-out. The breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold dishes - all delicious. We liked being able to bring the food back to our villa to enjoy together on our patio. The wifi was great, the parking was never a problem and the cats were a delightful cast of characters. We also loved the beautiful pool area. Absolutely everything was great and we would count ourselves very lucky to return.

Great place to escape and relax

Large , comfortable unit with 2 bathrooms, overlooking a lovely pool and great views over the fields to the ocean. Easy 15 minute walk to lovely beach with lifeguards. Very friendly host - Patricia Very relaxing environment. We really enjoyed it.

Great place to stay

The villa was gorgeous and clean. Lots of on site parking and about a 10-15 minute drive from the ferry. The rooftop jacuzzi was amazing. 3 nights was definitely not long enough.

Excellent stay for 11 days

Lovely staff at reception helped us with everything for the whole holiday. Particular mention that my son has an allergy to nuts and they arranged a special treat every morning for him. Pool was great and we rarely saw others using it, I was concerned it might be busy, but this wasn't the case. Room was a great size and a lovely balcony to sit on. Despite being in a complex around the pool the rooms are arranged so that you actually have some privacy on your own balcony.

The distance to town was ok, but the roads were very busy and no pavement. Not much the hotel could do about this though. Breakfast was nice, but could do with a little more variety. Hot food was similar every day. Lovely deserts though

Lovely villas

Fab villas with lots of space for families. Great to have a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and 4 terraces for the views! A washing machine was a great addition for us to be able to wash our clothes during our island hopping. Breakfast was varied. Only improvement would be a machine for coffee choices rafter than filter coffee.

Great villa close to amazing beaches

The villa was great! Lovely bedroom with ensuite upstairs and the boys had their own bathroom (with a washing machine) on the ground floor. We only stayed a few days but it had everything you needed for a longer stay. We didn't use the pool as we were with teenagers and loved the beaches but would be perfect for small children. Really easy to walk along the front with several different beaches and great restaurants to choose from. All far more reasonable than the other islands we'd visited. Nikki & Fay were perfect hosts, with great info on the island and made us feel very much at home.

Possibly a little too far to walk with small children but an easy 2 minute drive to the main beach/supermarket etc.

A MAGNIFICENT STAY

The host Nikki and the other girl working at the front desk were exceedingly gracious and very helpful. All my questions were answered immediately. The breakfast consisting of local Greek dishes was excellent and something to look forward to. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't rent a car, an added expense I didn't need since everything is within a 10 to 25 minute walk( Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, busstop) The location of the Villa was great , far enoughfrom theport of Chora but close enough by bus or taxi whick Nikki could easily arrange for 20 Euros The Villa was clean and comfortable with excellent climate control. There are nice balconies on both the lower and upper levels. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa.

Naxos is a family friendly island with beautiful beaches and this was our first stay on the island. Illiada Villas provided exceptional service pre and post holiday. Their staff set our expectations and planning prior to our stay by providing restaurants, lodging, and transportation information. They were able to plan transportation to and from the airport, arrange meal delivery, and provide daily cleaning services during our stay. The staff were always friendly, professional, and courteous. Daily breakfast was provided featuring local and fresh ingredients. The villas are also near nice restaurants, shopping and Agios Prokopios, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Iliada Villas! Great fresh breakfast with lots of variety every day, nice pool area + view and the room is comfortable. Only 10 min walk away from the beach and all the restaurants. We traveled with our little one in a stroller and this was perfectly fine to the beach. Lovely host who was always available for questions and great cappuccinos :) would definitely recommend!

Superb

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday. 5 minute walk to a village with plenty of tavernas and shops as well as a beautiful beach. Also very close to a bus stop for exploring Naxos Town and other places on the island. Lovely pool and spacious villa for two. Staff were helpful with our questions and needs.

Bathrooms in the villas needed a bit of maintenance (toilet roll holder falling off and missing shower shelf) but this was only very minor and likely because we stayed at the very end of the season.

Excellent villa very well equipped housekeeping first class, the villas are cleaned every day and are spotless. The staff are all extremely friendly you immediately feel at home. Breakfast is superb lots of choice. It is a very quiet relaxing place to stay, very close to the beach and a short drive from Naxos Town. Would highly recommend thanks to all the staff.
