Loved everything

Nice spacious room, cleaned daily, lovely balcony view. Rooftop pool is nice. Really good location right at the centre but away from noise. Staff lovely, he helped book our ferry to gili t.

No hairdryer and no fridge. There are gaps in walls which means you hear everything outside, like the cockeral making noise early hours and people talking on their balcony into early hours of morning. Not necessarily the staff’s fault but bring earplugs to sleep

I liked the room, the view, and the overall setting. The room itself was comfortable and met my expectations.

On the morning after my first night, a staff member knocked on the door, opened it, and began to enter even though I clearly and repeatedly said “no.” The door was not locked, and the person insisted on entering to retrieve a cleaning broom. At that moment, I was about to take a shower and was completely naked. This situation was unacceptable and made me very uncomfortable, which led me to cancel my second night.
