- a tulajdonos hölgy nagyon kedves és szeretetteljes - van a szállásnak saját parkolója - a lakás minden eszközzel gondosan felszerelt - a szobák tiszták, tágasak, jól felszereltek - a lakás klimatizált, ami ilyen nagy hőségben nagyon jól jön - a berendezés "régi", de minden ápolt, jól működő, kifogástalan minőségű - hatalmas teraszon tudtunk grillezni, étkezni - a szállás nyugodt környéken található, így nagyon élveztük a csendet és nyugalmat - gyalogtávra van pékség és bolt - az ingyenes strand (ingyenes parkolóval!) 10 percre található kocsival (Plaza Preluk) - innen könnyedén lehet Opatijába vagy más településre is elutazni.
Csak egy apróság: az esti szellőztetés miatt jó lenne szúnyogháló a szobák ablakára. Mi ezt szúnyogriasztóval oldottuk meg. (Horvátországban gyakran tapasztaljuk más helyen is, hogy nincs szúnyogháló, ezért már eleve így készültünk). Tehát egyszerűen megoldható.
