L’appartamento era molto pulito, spazioso e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli ambienti sono curati e si vede l’attenzione dei proprietari ai dettagli. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La posizione è davvero ottima: tranquilla ma vicina a centro città alla spiaggia, il che ci ha permesso di muoverci facilmente e goderci sia relax che comodità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una sistemazione accogliente e in una zona strategica."

Die Lage der Wohnung ist oberhalb der Bucht von Opatija in ruhiger Gegend. Wenn man mit einem Auto unterwegs ist stellt dies kein Problem dar. Ein eigener Parkplatz neben dem Haus steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung und viel Platz.
Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt ein kleines Ameisenproblem in der Küche, dass wir mit zwei Köderdosen schnell gelöst bekommen haben. Das war sicher schon vorher feststellbar, da hätte bereits eine Vorkehrung getroffen werden können.

Très grand appartement. Je m'y suis sentie très bien ! La terrasse est belle et immense. Très propre et bien placé pour visiter l'Istrie
Quelques petites remarques : Les placards sentaient le renfermé dans la cuisine. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la suite parentale, elle sentait aussi mais ce n'était pas génant, il y avait assez de chambres. La rambarde sur la terrasse n'est pas adaptée pour un enfant de moins de 3 ans. Plusieurs chats sur la terrasse, mignons mais attention aux allergiques.
