The apartment is located in a residence surrounded by greenery, just renovated, despite being in the city you can enjoy an enviable tranquility, it is composed of a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and shower products, a lounge with kitchenette, kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle for tea, sugar coffee and salt are provided as tablecloths and dishcloths towels and sheets, the room consists of a sofa bed French, flat TV with subscription to Amazon first to see films in different languages, a furnished terrace, air conditioning and also a private garage and two bicycles available for guests, a high chair for newborns. Free WiFi.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for our 10 day holiday in Como. It’s a large apartment with all the necessary amenities. The underground parking is a bonus if you have a car. The owners also gave us bicycles for use (at no added cost!). The apartment is kept very clean and is well located in a secure neighbourhood. The owners were delightful and checked in on us to ensure we were well and enjoying our holiday. They had left for us a bottle of rose’ with some tasty Italian cookies for our arrival. They recommended places we could visit which were all lovely. We recommend this apartment to any family looking for a clean quiet neighbourhood with easy access to all the lovely villages around Lake Como. You can not go wrong. We hope to visit again.
