La possibilité de garer sa voiture facilement et gratuitement dans la rue.

Appartement peu confortable à cause de la chaleur. Seulement une climatisation dans la chambre qui est, en plus, peu efficace et bruyante. Peu d'équipement dans la cuisine. Pas de bouilloire. Frigidaire faiblement froid Communication avec l'hôte limité à échanges automatiques fonctionnels.
