Can’t think of a single thing to complain about! Maybe lack of laundry but everything else wayyy outweighed that.

Great location, I mean really great location. The free drinks, breakfast and evening ramen🍜 All the free cosmetics and beauty products (my daughter loved them The helpful staff
The room was quite small for a group of 4 people, there is no storage space in the room, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to open your suitcase

The property is in the best location! You are minutes away from all the areas you have bookmarked on your maps! The staff was exceptional, went out of their way to help us get our luggage transferred to the next hotel. And the accommodations are so good. Breakfast, ramen, the amenities were awesome, free drinks and popcorn. My family and I really enjoyed our time here.
For our next visit, because we’ll definitely be back!, I would bring hooks to hand towels. That was the only thing missing. And it would have been nice if they did have a laundry area. But still 100% worth it!

The location was fantastic. Close to Dotonbori but quiet. Very close to station. Restaurants nearby.
Uncomfortable bed.
