    Hotel is situated within walking distance to major train stations which help with the travelings

    Location wise near to Namba OCAT station. But a bit far from the happening namba area. Walkable but about 10mins walk away. Near to Namba subway via one of the underground exit point. Pricing a bit high compared to other hotel more centralised around namba area. But the room slightly bigger for the twin room compared to the double room but higher price. Advantage is shower area next to bathtub as will be difficult for elderly to climb into bath tub to shower. Will recommend for the space and the shower arrangement. Otherwise hotels located in more centralised location have better value.

    The entrance floor and toilet floor not clean enough with marks . Some marks on the wall paper next to mirror too. Toilet wall paper is peeling off. Everyday they take the rubbish and change clean towels and add bottle water! But never change or clean the used cups & glasses, all the stints are still there. The towel on the table used is not changed for 3 days ! When I see the cleaners, I asked if the room is clean, her reply is not yet time to change bed sheet! I do not know what time is the right time, but at least straighten up & tidy up the beddings & linings! The old toilet floor towel used is still under the small basin and is not taken away and left wet in the bath tub. My first experience with Gracery was in Shinjuku and it was so clean and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Staff is ok but not the Japanese courtesy I experienced in Gracery Shinjuku.
