Hosts were wonderful and great communicators. We were very happy they offered to make us dinner (for an extra charge). The food was absolutely delicious. I would recommend it! Breakfast was included and had numerous choices that you make the evening before. Service was awesome at both meals. The room was spacious and far exceeded expectations. The sun room and back yard were huge highlights. We definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Both Sharon and Davide made us feel very welcome the house has a very interesting layout with a lovely guest lounge and conservatory the garden was so easy to access with our dog Meg . We enjoyed a delicious evening meal and hearty breakfast. I would certainly stay here again I have no hesitation in highly recommending Rosebank House Bed and Breakfast.

Wonderful hospitality from Davide and Sharon. And delicious food! The surroundings are beautiful, with some brilliant hiking routes close by.
