About this apartment rental
With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this nicely furnished two-bedroom, two-bath second-floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area, and the large balcony. Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, CD player, ice maker, Keurig, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and lots of closet space.
Unit includes Suncoast Beach Service (Season 2026) One umbrella, and two chairs (#685). Let the attendant know where you're staying and they will have it set up.

We had a great stay again at Martinique. My only suggestions would be to have the checking out instructions in the unit and the emailed closing instructions be consistent with one another. There was a discrepancy (I believe with towels/laundry expectations. Along these same lines, if the expectation is to run laundry and dishes when checking out, I feel it is reasonable to supply more than one detergent for both. Yes, this is a small thing, but it’s something that should be provided (perhaps one laundry and dishwasher table/packet per day stay would be a good rule of thumb. This way it doesn’t cause the out of town guest to go and purchase way too many of these items for their 4 day stay. It’s a convenience thing that is also tied to an expectation by the property management. Thank you!

Two week stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, unit was very clean and modern. Beach was a short walk and not crowded. Balcony view was ok, slightly limited by tree and building. Only issue was frequent loud stomping in unit above. Awakened every morning at 6:30am by stomping back and forth. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Would only rent third floor next time.
