About this apartment rental
With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath third-floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area, and a large balcony. The fully appointed kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
Other features include 10-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Second Bedroom: Two Double Beds, LCD TV/DVD/VCR
Living Room: Sofa Sleeper, 40” Flat Screen HDTV/DVD, Stereo/CD, Reading Library, High Chair and Portable Crib and iPod Docking Station
Restrictions: 3 night minimum, No Smoking, No Pets
Additions: 1 set of beach chairs and an umbrella #687 (March 1 - October 31, 2026) through Suncoast Beach Service

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off-site.

Always lovely to be at Martinique, especially the 305 West unit! The political reality of the week hit like a wet blanket, however the beach escape came to the rescue. We truly appreciate Michelle and the other helpful staff toward booking our visit and quickly responding to our requests. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

The stay was absolutely wonderful! We had a great rental property, everything about it was perfect. We wanted a place to view the ocean, close to pool, easy access to and from, and very comfortable accommodations and our property gave us all of it. We plan to return next fall.

It was very clean and we enjoyed the ambiance of the unit. It was equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend. The grounds were very well maintained. The only concern we had was that the pool loungers had a very hard surface and we found it uncomfortable to sit for very long. We appreciated how well the property was maintained even after a major hurricane. Both pool areas were very clean. We definitely will visit the property again. We always enjoy eating at the Sassy Bass locations and Tacky Jacks. Additionally we enjoyed the Gulf State Park and its onsite restaurant.
