About this apartment rental
Beautifully appointed with modern, coastal decor. This expansive corner unit has over 1900 SF of bright, open living space and a sweeping 270 degree view of the Gulfs turquoise waters and white sand beach. Breathtaking coastal views can be enjoyed from the living room, primary suite and large private balcony. Stay connected with a recently upgraded high-speed internet system and smart TV's throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an eat-in breakfast area, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, Ninja blender, wine fridge, independent ice machine, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, electric grill, crock pots, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer.
The primary suite is spacious with a sliding glass door that opens to the private balcony. A spa-inspired ensuite bath includes a large jetted tub, glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and generous closet space.
Additional amenities include: 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, central heat and air, 85 gallon water heater capable of handling multiple guests taking long, uninterrupted showers at the same time. Guests can also enjoy beach towels and a curated selection of games, puzzles and DVD's.
On-site amenities include two pools (one is partially covered and heated during the winter season) , two hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball court, fitness center, wet/dry sauna, and two outdoor grills.

The condo exceeded our expectations -- very clean, very comfortable furniture, plenty of space for our group of 6, nice decor, comfy beds, great communicatio, professional. Would not only stay again but would seek out this condo specifically.

This is a beautiful condo with a great view and location. We have stayed here several times in this specific condo. I feel that the furniture - couch and twin beds in secondary - were very old and uncomfortable. They have been there for a while and I get it, they are used a lot. Kitchen was great and ice maker is a gem and a must when traveling to the beach with a large crowd. It is a great place to stay but feel that the general condition of the entire building and this condo could use some maintenance and updating. New beds and couch recommended. Dining table was fabulous - love that it is round and could accommodate all 7 of us adults during our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for the week!
