About this apartment rental
With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this comfortable two bedroom, two bath first floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large patio. Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig, and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

We had a great time. Very clean unit. There could have been more supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, etc. Onlyone roll provided and when you’re there for a week, you run out. Overall, a fabulous trip!

NICE CONDO BUT SOME THINGS NEED TO BE ADDRESSEDLEFT VEGGIE TRAY IS NOT SECURE HARD TO OPEN DISHWASHER BOTTOM TRAY FALLS OFF AND IS HARD TO CLOSETHERE SHOULD BE MORE THAN ONE DISH TOWEL IN KITCHEN HAD TO BUY ENOUGH TO LAST FOR OUR 5 DAY STAY

We were a little disappointed with the condition of the condo. For second year in a row, it didn’t meet our expectations. The sleeper sofa still had dirty sheets on it and some plates were dirty. Also, the condo above us was being renovated and the sound was unbearably loud and the workers would smoke on the balcony which prevented us from enjoying our patio. We also were not given a fitness room key.
