Good for a short stay
30‘ foot walk to the city center. Free parking (on the street). Separate bedroom. Kitchenette for coffee. Daniela was responsive during checking/arrival and a friendly person.
We thought about a breakfast as advertised, but got some fresh fruits. Missed additional toiletries. Currently there is construction work around the building which leads to heavy noise pollution.

Close to the centre
the location was close to the center, 10m by walk, a good spot to park the car. We were running a bit late, and Daniela was very understanding. As soon as we got there she was there to greet us, and was very welcoming, she explained a bit about Parma and the best places to eat and visit.
We couldn't manage to get the WiFi on, and the hot water from the shower only lasted a couple of minutes, turning later until freezing cold. I had to turn the water off, wait for another 5 minutes and put it back on to get some more hot water.

Hospitable host gave us some local tips. Good equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. Supermarket is 5 min walk. Old city center is 20-25 min walk.

Estadia maravilhosa e nova.
o anfitrião foi muito gentil e nos esperou para entregar a chave. Fácil comunicação e muito atencioso. Colocou até uma cesta com itens de café da manhã, agua, iorgute na geladeira. Apartamento novinho e com linda decoração. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado, tivemos uma noite ótima noite de sono e tranquila. apartamento muito próximo do aeroporto o que facilitou bem. Localização também próxima a praia.
