Cleanliness, comfort, value and location were perfect.
I didn't realise the property was not air conditioned at the time of booking. Due to the time of the year and temperature during the stay, this was not a problem, as we were quite comfortable in the apartment. If our stay was during the Summer months, I would not have continued with the stay.

The location is perfect. Opposite beach walkway down to beach which has a shower to wash off sand at entrance. Close to shops, surf club, great coffee shop next door and light rail 5 minute walk. Great beach view, spacious unit.

Good location close to everything, beach, shops, public transport and right next to the beach the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Manager always responded through messages fast and kept in contact
Children friendly, and the kids loved the swimming pool.
Nothing negative perfect hotel for our little family 10/10

Location was perfect and apartment size was great
There was no AC and the fans are so bad they don’t push any air when on full. Made it very uncomfortable at nights trying to sleep or at any time being in the apartment particularly on the hotter days. Definitely need to invest in some AC units or at least some decent fans and pedestal fans in each room to help with air flow. Definitely wouldn’t come back in the summer unless improvements were made.
