The room it was a bit dated with a few things not working

The location is one of the best in Burleigh. With access directly out towards the beach, you just cross the road and you’re on the sand. We travel as a family with teenage kids and love the proximity to the shops and for them to go out and explore. The tennis courts are great and the staff including Lynn are always so lovely and helpful - making a our stay much more enjoyable
Most of the rooms are independently owned so they do differ from room to room - some have had a lovely upgrade including kitchens etc! And others are a little more basic, but still clean and presentable.

The location was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and shops. The tram stop is only a minute walk away and takes you all the way to Helensvale via Surfers Paradise. We had an ocean view room and had a great view. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
