Location was ideal
Putting the key in the Key Box, then exiting on the wrong side of the foyer (no sign to indicate that there was no street exit on the tennis court side), requiring me to scale a fence to get out. If I was quite elderly or disabled I'd have been in quite a spot of bother.

Great views to the beach and up the coast and also over the township. A few minutes walk to the town centre.
Perhaps more toilet paper for the bathrooms (rather than just one roll each) and more wipe down cloths for cleaning the bathroom sinks and sharper cutlery. All relatively minor things but would have been the added touch.

The location and view from the balcony was incredible, the room was clean and tidy

The location is fantastic. We had an ocean view room which was perfect. Very clean . Close to everything you need. We would definitely stay there again.
The light rail hadn't started operation yet, but it should be running soon, which will make travelling around really accessible.
