Location, staff, facilities all great.
Very minor aspect for improvement is that there were very minimal essentials on hand. When staying for only 3 nights getting essentials - hand soap, dishwasher liquid etc from local store seems a bit much to expect.

Great location, walkable to all main attractions and future tram service incoming!
Not the best room, air con service or hotel. I guess that's what you get when half the rooms are rent/owned and half are like a hotel service.
