Exceptional hospitality; a stay we will always remember.

We were two families staying at B&Bio Garda Ulivi for three nights — and ended up extending to five — simply because our stay was so exceptional. This was, without question, one of the most welcoming places we’ve ever stayed. The B&B is owned by Luca, who is friendly host, and run by Mikaela — who delivers an extraordinary level of hospitality. Mikaela offers what can only be described as 7-star service. She brought homemade snacks and treats for the kids, ensured we always had fresh towels, and even ironed and folded our laundry after it was caught in the rain. When we were late to breakfast one morning, she had already set aside our favorite items so we wouldn’t miss out. Her son Francesco and his cousin Sophia helped with translating when google translate didn't cut it which made a big difference. Our daughter turned 14 during the stay, and Mikaela surprised us by decorating the breakfast table with balloons and cake — and later organized a pool party complete with drinks, snacks, music, and handmade VIP wristbands. It was thoughtful, generous, and far beyond what anyone could expect. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and quiet despite the nearby road. You do hear some traffic from the pool area, but it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed it. The pool (around 10x2.5 meters) is well maintained and surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. A sauna and hot tub are also available on request in the cooler months. Breakfast is fresh and traditionally Italian, served in a beautifully renovated downstairs room. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during the July heat, and check-in was easy and flexible. Nago is a cozy village perched on the cliffs above Torbole, with great takeaway pizza and a few cafés and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great base for exploring Lake Garda, Arco, and the surrounding climbing areas. Thanks to Mikaela at B&Bio Garda Ulivi, this will be a stay we will always remember. We’re already planning to return next year.

Lovely stay, friendly staff

Nice, quaint location in a quiet village. Staff were helpful and readily attended to all needs. The pool was lovely and I regret not having made more use of it. Breakfast was great and the one staff member overseeing it was very friendly. She gave great pointers on attractions and things to do in the area and helped in any way possible. She was truly the heart of the place.

A few housekeeping issues need to be attended to but nothing too drastic. Also, the fridge in the room was not cold enough even when set to maximum. It was just able to keep our drinks cool but unsuitable to keep meats/cheese and such. But the friendly staff allowed us to use the main fridge and were kind enough to heat up a couple of meals for us.

Luca is such a great person! the second I arrive I told him my motorcycle needs to be recharged, without a hesitation, he took me to the garage, connected a charger, helped me with the luggage, showed me the super clean room and started a friendly conversation... he didn't even know my name at that time !!! from that night to the rest of the stay, Luca and Marianna were the reason my breakfast last 1 hour!! long friendly conversations every moment allowed me to know the area even better and discover new places to go. tons of good energy and smiles from this persons! sometimes people do not go to small hotels for some reasons, but I highly recommend this B-Bio hotel in Nago, I am sure nobody will regret the choice and come back with a smile in the face. good and abundant breakfast, delicious capuchino made by Marianna, always follow by a friendly conversation, all that made me feel at home! ah, do not forget to say hi to Dea ( she is the lovely doggie that welcome everybody every day) thanks Luca and Marianna, I wish you the best!

The property itself is lovely and situated in a beautiful village, perfectly located in the north of lake Garda. Marta was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful with lots of things that we needed to arrange for our children - really the most lovely lady. our daughters also loved the resident daschund, who was very sweet. Breakfast was delicious and provided in a beautiful room on the property. The air conditioning worked very well which was appreciated during the hot summer nights.

The only thing we struggled with were the beds - sadly we found the mattresses to be very uncomfortable for us personally.

Room with good facilities, fridge and air-con. Nice breakfast room and breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location right next to the bus stop in Nago, just walk down the path between the B&B and the hotel next door. Walk down to Torbole (30min) if you wish and catch the bus back up. Any further afield catch the bus. There is a good restaurant for the evening down the road out of the village centre on the corner that's really popular.

Very nice little B&B with good breafast in beatiful Nago.

Very nice little B&B in perfect location in Nago, a very pretty Italian village. 5min by Car or Bus to Torbole, or a fantastic walk down the hill in 20min. We had a family room, which allows two (smaller) kids to stay in the room. Room is not very large, but totally fine for a couple of days. Room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, although not quite as opulent as shown on the images. Served in a very beautiful room in a 1500 year old house. Very friendly and kid-friendly hosts. Convenient parking in the yard or garage on site. Across the street there is a nice little supermarket, a very good pizza take away, and a bar with nice cocktails (very useful for parents, as this was in view from our apartment, where the kids were sleeping...). We would be very happy to come again.

Only very minor things like lack of toilet paper and soap in the apartment (somewhat typical for northern Italy). I recommend to update the breakfast photos, so people do not come with crazy expectations.

- Friendly owners. - Very cosy and well equipped rooms. - Gorgeous views nearby. - Amazing breakfast. We also were impressed by the interior of the breakfast room, it was so cute and unusual. - The price for the stay looks very attractive, taking in account all advantages.

Everything was excellent. Please note that despite Nago-Torbole is near the Garda, it is located on a mountain. If you want to go on foot or by bicycle, please be ready to the 150m climb. Not difficult for sporty people.

Great family run B&B located in beautiful building. Fantastic personnel and attention to detail. Spotless cleanliness in the rooms. Modest breakfasts but everyone can find something delicious for themselves.

It's not a big thing and wasn't an issue for us but on a very hot day it might get warm inside the room as there is no AC (which probably can't be installed as it is historical building :)).

Van het eerste tot het laatste moment hebben we hier genoten en werden we in de watten gelegd, zo ook ons hondje! De heerlijke gastvrije ontvangst, het lekkere ontbijt, de zalige tuin met een super mooi zwembad! Telkens we terug bij den b&b aankwamen werden we super vriendelijk ontvangen en riepen ze van ver al op ons hondje! Ook Dea, hun hondje kwam ons telkens verwelkomen! Ze verkopen ook olijfolie die heel lekker is! Kortom in 1 woord, geweldig!!! Bedankt Michela en Lucca voor het geweldige verblijf!

Struttura molto carina nel centro storico di Nago. Accoglienza super calorosa: Michela la padrona di casa è sempre disponibile per consigli e necessità. Colazione servita in una bellissimo ambiente della casa arredato con cura nel rispetto dei materiali locali.

Direi nulla! Se proprio devo trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo, rivedrei l'arredamento delle stanze: le dimensioni dei lettini a castello se si hanno ragazzi sopra ai 10 anni di età, sono di misura.

Einfach großartig! Das Hotel war rundum super – besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Betreuung durch die Dame, die sich um alle Gästebelange gekümmert hat. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo meraviglioso B&Bio a Nago, sullo splendido Lago di Garda, e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo per l’accoglienza ricevuta. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili fin dal nostro arrivo. Sempre sorridenti e pronti a dare una mano, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. La struttura è pulita, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente, un vero angolo di tranquillità in cui rilassarsi dopo le giornate passate all’aria aperta. Dispone di parcheggio e una piscina in cui rilassarsi. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i preziosi consigli che ci sono stati dati per esplorare la zona: dalle passeggiate più suggestive ai ristoranti tipici, ogni suggerimento si è rivelato perfetto. In particolare, ci hanno aiutato nell’organizzazione del noleggio bici, rendendo tutto semplice e veloce. Una menzione speciale va alla passeggiata fatta con Francesco, che ci ha guidati con passione alla scoperta della fauna locale. Le sue spiegazioni sono state coinvolgenti e interessanti, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere questo territorio in modo autentico, immerso nella natura e accompagnato da persone genuine e appassionate del proprio territorio. Schönes Hotel mit Pool und guter Lage

Der Pool. Frühstück und die Lage. Und der zugängliche Dackel. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige gute Restaurants. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Mit dem Auto 5-10Min. Die Gegend ist herrlich.

Am Pool fehlen Sonnenschirme. Der Aussenbereich ist etwas ungepflegt. Schade eigentlich. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man viel mehr daraus machen. Das Famiilienzimmer ist mit größeren Kindern definitiv zu klein. Aber es gibt auch Appartements.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und man kommt überall gut hin. Preis ist völlig in Ordnung.

-Gute Lage: Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Restaurants und Tankstelle gleich um die Ecke. Zum See waren es mit dem Motorrad 6 Minuten. -Pool: Er ist sauber und schön, aber es fehlen Sonnenschirme! -Frühstück: Der Raum ist sehr schön. Das Essen war ausreichend, aber nicht wie auf den Bildern im Internet. -Zimmer: Sie waren klein, aber fein. Bett war bequem und es war sauber.

-Die Dusche läuft sehr langsam ab, man steht im Wasser. -Wenn man länger im Bett geblieben ist (bis 11 Uhr) wurde das Zimmer nicht mehr gemacht.(Müll ausleeren, Handtücher mal wechseln, Bett machen)
