Great for having a place where to arrive after a long day biking

The breakfast was amazing. The room clean and very well maintained. The host is very sweet and eager to help. We had road bikes and the garage had more than enough space for storage them safely.

Very good location. No need to use the car. Connection between the cities with a boat. 5min walk from the beach. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful Staff. My first but not last time there

Great location, the breaky included was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had lots of hanging space for clothes and towels which I liked. Comfy beds.

Was just a little bit hot at night with only one fan, but the staff member provided another fan which made it much better!

Close to the town and to the lake but noisy.

Clean rooms, walking distance to the lake and town center, diverse breakfast (more than just sweet). Very convenient parking next to the building. Service was very helpful and nice informing us a day ahead of arrival on how to do self check-in.

Rooms do not have air conditioning, sleeping with all windows open (with temperature over 30C) result in terrible noise, because the hotel is located just at the main street, where cars and motorcycles can be heard days and nights. Smalls from the kitchen of pizzeria were a bit disturbing but not a big issue.

Greate localization to visit that area of Garda. 25 min walk to ceter of Riva. Malcesine/Limone 20 min by car. Hotel stay next to main road of Torbole, if noises of street are problem to someone. For us wasn't, good deal for good price. I fully recommend it. If you don't like sun to much take rooms from north side.

If there was anything warmer than the weather (and it was really hot outside) it was smile of owners everytime we saw them. Owners were so friendly and helpful that we felt like permanent visitors. We felt so relaxed and spent great time there. Very good breakfest. Great garden where you can eat breakfast or chill at the evening. Pizzeria in the building. Very close to lake. Free parking. Our dog loved the place since day one. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nichole was very helpful and she always texts me back when I have a question.The building and all rooms were very clean. parking is provided for free and there is a garden for tenants. the owner and his wife work there and they are very friendly.

it would be better if all rooms had a/c. i filtered my search (a/c) and i booked two rooms thinking they both had a/c and i didn’t pay attention that the building has some with a/c and some without. i also wish rooms had a small fridge and/or a boiler.

Wow! Absolute gem in Torbole. Staff is amazing and it is so clean you could eat off the toilet seat :). Close to all the bars and restaurants and a nice walk along the coast to Riva del Garda. Definitely coming back

Clean hotel in the center with kind and friendly staff

The breakfast was wonderful especially because Paola took so well care of me! She is very attentive, always friendly and offers freshly brewed espresso and scrambled eggs alongside the general buffet (which already has a good selection itself with fresh fruit, pastry, spreads, coffee, tea, juices, etc.). The room was clean and had everything one needs. The bathroom was just next door and there was a little balcony as well. There is a cute garden next to the hotel and a private parking lot.

Unfortunately I had one of the rooms facing the main road of Torbole. Despite closed balcony doors it was pretty noisy during the day as well as during the night. Of course this is just one of the things you have to expect when you book a room so central. So just bring some ear plugs and you'll be fine! :-) AND: not all the rooms face the street, so maybe just request one facing the back of the house.

Kind staff members, clean room.

The staff is incredibly kind! Also, the room was very clean. The bed has 2 different cushions, a firmer and a softer one. Quiet nice. They changed my towels everyday.

The hotel is situated near a busy road, so if you are a bad sleeper, it might trouble you. However, with the balcony door closed I slept fine.
